2. Client-Provided Content
Marklyn may use content supplied by clients for the purpose of providing agreed digital marketing services.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights, licenses, permissions, or authorizations to provide such content to Marklyn.
Client-provided content may include:
- Logos

Marklyn may rely on representations made by the client regarding their rights to use such materials.
3. Copyright Infringement Complaints
If you believe that content appearing on Marklyn’s website or in content managed by Marklyn infringes your copyright, you may contact us with a written copyright infringement notice.
To help us investigate the complaint, please provide:
- Your full name and contact information.
- Identification of the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed.
- The URL or other specific location where the allegedly infringing material appears.
- An explanation of why you believe the material infringes your copyright.
- Evidence or information reasonably sufficient to establish your ownership or authorization to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law.
- A statement that the information provided is accurate.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
These elements are consistent with the information generally required for an effective DMCA notice under U.S. law.
4. Review of Complaints
After receiving a sufficiently detailed complaint, Marklyn may review the material identified in the complaint.
Depending on the circumstances, we may:
- Remove or disable access to the disputed content;
- Request additional information from the complainant;
- Contact the relevant client or content provider;
- Request evidence of ownership or authorization;
- Temporarily restrict publication of the disputed material; or
- Take other appropriate action.
Submitting a complaint does not automatically guarantee removal of content.
5. Counter-Notice
If content has been removed or disabled following a copyright complaint and the person responsible for the content believes the removal occurred because of a mistake or misidentification, they may contact Marklyn with a counter-notice.
A counter-notice should include:
- Identification of the material that was removed;
- The location where the material previously appeared;
- A statement explaining why the removal was made in error;
- The person’s full contact information;
- A physical or electronic signature; and
- Any other information reasonably necessary for Marklyn to evaluate the dispute.
Where applicable, DMCA counter-notice procedures may require additional statements and jurisdictional consent under U.S. law.
6. False or Misleading Claims
Copyright complaints should only be submitted by copyright owners or persons authorized to act on their behalf.
Knowingly submitting false or materially misleading copyright claims may result in legal consequences. The U.S. Copyright Office specifically notes that material misrepresentations in a DMCA notice can create liability for damages, costs, and attorneys’ fees.
7. Third-Party Platforms
Marklyn may create or manage content on third-party platforms such as social media networks, advertising platforms, video platforms, websites, and other online services.
If allegedly infringing material is hosted directly by a third-party platform, the rights holder may also need to submit a copyright complaint directly to that platform under its applicable intellectual-property procedures.
8. Applicable Law
Marklyn is based in India and seeks to comply with applicable Indian copyright and intellectual-property laws, including the Copyright Act, 1957, as applicable.
Where content or services involve other jurisdictions, additional copyright laws or platform-specific procedures may apply.
